LOL...if only it was a Rickenbacker! It's a Sandberg Ric-model, very nice bass and quite affordable compared to a Ric...

Nope...lefty Rickenbacker basses are very hard to find, so I ordered a Rick-like model custom 5-string bass from Sandberg in Germany. Great instrument but...no match for the real stuff though. Chris Squire gets his sound from the stereo-output of his Rick to different amps and bi-amping hence his genuine sound. I saw him play Fenders with the exactly the same sound as his Rick AND of course his style of playing is unique in the world.
